Heavenly Father,

Now in our fourth week of lock-down in Spain our hearts continue to break as we hear of more and more serious illness and death due to the Coronavirus. We continue to look to You and You alone for our healing and salvation. You are the author and giver of life.

Pour out Your mercy and grace upon all Governments around the world working so hard to make the right decisions for their countries.

We especially pray for UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Bring him through this illness to complete healing we ask in Jesus Name. May he and the whole UK government be touched with an urgency to seek you God for Your will and ways.

We pray that governments everywhere would turn from self-reliance and the ways of man, to You the One who sustains all things by the Word of His power, Jesus Christ.

Convict us to put aside our politics and prejudice, seek forgiveness for any resentment and pray for those in need with the love of Christ.

In Jesus Name we ask, Amen.
